TROVE TUESDAY 8th August 2023   MISSING PERSONS, 

These are selected randomly and are from between the years 1921-1960. They are all sourced from TROVE. 

Two hints that some may not think of...

* don't dismiss these notices because of where they are published ...our ancestors often moved around more than we realise.

*  whenever you're searching for a particular name, and come across the same or very similar surname, it is often worthwhile to save the information in a 'Maybe' file...particularly when looking for those 'missing'. Often just surnames were changed e.g. Browne became Brown, or they abbreviated from names like Woodward to Wood... I'm sure you have found some variations in your own trees.
